Project Onboarding Experience
- Added a project build progress indicator for the first Thread CDE of both 0-1 and 1-n projects, displayed in the top-right avatar area, providing clearer visibility into onboarding steps.
Editor & Diff Tool
- Introduced minimap view: displays Diff block markers, LSP/Lint errors, search results, and cursor positions on the editor scrollbar for improved code navigation.
- Added up/down navigation buttons to the Diff toolbar, supporting both clicks and shortcuts for fast Diff block switching.
